**AI Creators' EngageFest Competition Terms and Conditions**
**1. Eligibility*
The AI Creators' EngageFest competition (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition" is open to individuals who are above the age of 16 or have obtained parental consent to participate and receive prizes. Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of the organizers, as well as anyone else connected in any way with the Competition, are not eligible to enter.
**2. How to Enter*
To enter the Competition, participants must create or share AI-generated images or text on the designated event page hosted exclusively on displaii.com. All images submitted must be generated either directly on the event page or shared from AI-generated images previously created by the participant on www.displaii.com. Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by displaii.com and the competition.
**3. Submission Guidelines*
- All entries must be the original work of the participant.
- Entries must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content.
- Each participant can submit multiple entries.
- By entering the Competition, participants grant the organizers the right to use their entries for promotional purposes.
**4. Competition Period*
The Competition begins on September 1st and ends on September 7th. The winners will be announced on September 8th.
**5. Winner Selection*
- Winners will be determined based on the engagement their entries receive, including likes, comments, and shares on the event page.
- The top 3 participants with the highest engagement will be selected as winners.
- In the case of a tie, the organizers will make a final decision.
**6. Prizes*
- 1st Place: R100 Cash Prize
- 2nd Place: R75 Cash Prize
- 3rd Place: R50 Cash Prize
**7. Winner Notification*
- Winners will be notified through the contact information provided during entry.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
**8. Age Requirement*
Participants must be above the age of 16 to enter the Competition. Participants under 16 years of age must obtain parental consent to participate and receive prizes. Therefore all Participants acknowledge and confirm that by entering the competition they are either 16 years and above or have Parental Consent and that DIsplaii.com will not be held liable for any deception regarding age or parental consent.
**9. Privacy*
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Competition and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
**10. General Conditions*
- The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition if deemed necessary.
- The organizers' decisions regarding the winners and any other aspect of the Competition are final and binding.
**11. Agreement to Terms*
Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
By participating in the AI Creators' EngageFest Competition, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. For updates, inspiration, and engagement tips, participants are encouraged to follow the organizers on the designated platforms. This competition is designed to promote creativity and engagement within the AI community.
